Financial Mediation
Gillian is experienced in supporting effective negotiations in straightforward financial situations as well as in more complex ones involving international assets, complex investments and companies.
Child & Parenting Mediation
Gillian is equally experienced in supporting effective negotiations to create Parenting Plans that work in the real world. Qualified since 2003 in Child Inclusive Mediation, Gillian can also help your older and adult children (age 10+) have a voice in family arrangements affecting them, where this is something that parents want.
Mediation Costs
Lots of people choose mediation to save on costs. This is supported by The National Audit Office which states that family breakdown cases which are resolved through professional mediation are cheaper and quicker to settle. Academic research shows that they secure better outcomes, particularly for children, as they are less acrimonious.
When facing the prospect of family change, family finances can come under extreme pressure. Gillian’s goal is to help, not hinder the process of change and she sets her fees accordingly.
Krajewski Mediation Fees
Appointments cost £100 per person whether for the initial one hour introductory or ‘MIAM’ meeting and £140 per person for the subsequent 90 minute joint mediation meetings.
Gillian’s written summaries after each 90-minute mediation meeting are provided completely free of charge.
The Open Financial Statement, Memorandum of Understanding, and Parenting Plan are prepared as required and each document costs £100 per person.
Appointments are available from 8.30 am to 7.30 pm on weekdays and on Saturdays between 9.00 am and 1.00 pm. The mediation venue has free parking and is in close proximity to train and bus routes.
